Shipping Policy

Standard orders are only shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Standard orders placed after 11am (Mountain Standard Time) on Tuesdays, will be shipped the following Monday.
Orders will ship same day if received by 11am (MST).
Orders will ship on Wednesday or Thursday if expedited (Next Day or 2nd Day Air) shipping is purchased.
Our products are shipped frozen, but will thaw during transit. They are not shipped in an insulated cooler. Please see our FAQ page for shelf life and storage instructions.

Returns Policy

We offer a satisfaction guarantee! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product you receive directly from Canyon Bakehouse, we will refund your full purchase price (not shipping) or send you new product. Simply send us a message from our contact form and let us know how we can help. If a refund is requested, then please allow 10 days to process.
